Our Exceptional Instructors

The Institute has gathered together the largest faculty of highly qualified writers and editors of literature for children and teenagers you will find anywhere. No school, workshop, college, or university can begin to approach the number and quality of our instructors.

In total, they have written and edited well over 2,100 books and 24,000 stories or articles. Their work has won virtually every award, prize, and honor the field of juvenile literature has to offer. They have been published by, or have done editorial work for, nearly every publisher in the field, and many instructors have also been successful in other fields of writing.

This faculty listing is organized alphabetically by the last name of the instructor. You may start at the beginning and click through it.
